NOTE -(It’s usually best to assemble flat on a table or counter top – Marble can scratch some surfaces. Be sure to protect your work surface from scratches)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. CONNECT (5) 11.5” INCH RODS TOGETHER TO CREATE 57.5” RODS (4 REQUIRED PER TROPHY) USING COUPLER TO ATTACH (Coupler may already be attached to rods)
  2. CONNECT GOLD CAP NUTS TO 57.5” RODS.
  3. SLIDE 1 EACH OF 57.5” ASSEMBLED RODS THROUGH LID. (Finished side up)  (Lid is thinner than base) (3 lids included with this kit)
  4. SLIDE 4 CHECK RINGS THROUGH RODS WITH LIP FACING BOTTOM OF TROPHY
  5. SLIDE ROUND COLUMN THROUGH RODS – (Columns should “seat” into check rings)
  6. SLIDE 4 CHECK RINGS THROUGH RODS WITH LIP FACING TOP OF TROPHY
  7. SLIDE ANOTHER LID ONTO RODS (Finished side up)
  8. SLIDE 4 CHECK RINGS THROUGH RODS WITH LIP FACING BOTTOM OF TROPHY
  9. SLIDE ROUND COLUMNS THROUGH RODS – (Columns should “seat” into check rings)
  10. SLIDE 4 CHECK RINGS THROUGH RODS WITH LIP FACING TOP OF TROPHY
  11. SLIDE FINAL LID ONTO RODS (Finished side up)
  12. SLIDE 4 CHECK RINGS THROUGH RODS WITH LIP FACING BOTTOM OF TROPHY
  13. SLIDE ROUND COLUMNS THROUGH RODS – (Columns should “seat” into check rings)
  14. SLIDE 4 CHECK RINGS THROUGH RODS WITH LIP FACING TOP OF TROPHY
  15. SLIDE BASE (Finished side up) ONTO RODS – THREAD NUTS ON – (It may help to have a second person hold the upper trim steady) Leave nuts slightly loose
  16. CENTER COLUMNS AND UPPER TRIM (Make certain all columns are seated into check rings) AND TIGHTEN WITH 7/16” NUT DRIVER
  17. ATTACH TOP FIGURE TO 16” ROD USING COUPLER (Coupler may already be attached to rod)
  18. SNAP PLASTIC LID ONTO CUP and SLIDE FIGURE WITH 16” ROD THROUGH ASSEMBLED CUP AND MARBLE LID (Finished side of marble facing up)
  19. SLIDE SQUARE COLUMN ON TO ROD
  20. SLIDE ENTIRE UPPER ASSEMBLY THROUGH UPPER LID OF TROPHY
  21. ATTACH WITH NUT AND ALIGN AND TIGHTEN
  22. ATTACH MIDDLE AND LOWER TRIM(S)
  23. CAREFULLY APPLY LABEL – (Be sure to center)
