After successful testing and evaluation, we have now made the move over to FedEx® for our main shipping service provider.
We will continue to offer US Postal service shipping options as well.
What does this mean to you?
This is where the big excitement comes in.
About 50% of our US customers will get their shipments a day earlier with normal ground service.
The excitement doesn't stop there either. The costs are lower for all services, including air and International shipping.
It still gets better. If you are shipping to a home address, FedEx® offers Saturday delivery via their FedEx Home Delivery® service. For example, in the past, if you would have received your UPS® Ground shipment at your home on Monday, you would now get that same delivery the Saturday before.
Possibly sooner if you are in the area where the FedEx® service is one day earlier.
You read that right... It's not everyday you get "more for less", but it does happen - and TrophyKits.com is pleased to bring you these changes.
The website is now active with the FedEx® system and the lower rates are now available. In short, if you paid UPS® shipping on an order a month ago, and return to place that same order, you will now pay less for the equivalent FedEx® shipping service.
This move also ensures we will continue to offer our free shipping promo for the foreseeable future. We will always work hard to bring our customers the best value in the Awards Industry.
Our Free Shipping promo orders will continue to be sent via our preference, but typically that will be FedEx® Ground or FedEx Home Delivery® service.
