often we hear from customers who are concerned about the delivery time of their
order. We want you to know that we act fast to get your order out of the door
and on it's way. Our turn-around time is usually less than your local trophy
shop, and you already know our quality is better, and our prices are much lower.
We start processing your order as
soon as payment is verified. Small orders of several kits or parts will ship the
same day or the following day. Orders of 10 - 40 kits or large quantities of
parts usually ship in 1-2 business days. Large orders of 50+ kits or large
engraving orders may take 2-3 business days to prepare. Please contact
us if you have an upcoming deadline or you are concerned with the timing of
your order. Shipping is always UPS ground service unless otherwise specified.
