Delivery Dates - Expected delivery dates will be displayed during the checkout process (see image example below). We project delivery dates based on current workload, the size of your order, and options you choose such as a proof.
Shipping costs are quoted based on your location and items in your cart. Rates are shown before you enter payment info. We offer US Postal and FedEx services. Options (including air shipping) that are available to your address will be shown.
Rush Production Service We offer rush production service that may be shown during checkout. These options are automatically calculated and offered on the shipping options screen.
This will speed up the production (or lead) time of your order. Selecting the Rush option will load the fee into your cart and automatically reduce your "expected by" dates.
When your order ships, you will receive an automated e-mail with the shipping details including the tracking number with a link to track your package progress.

You will need to reply to let us know the layout is acceptable. Delays on orders with proof request can occur due to many factors,
including current workload, delayed response from the customer, numerous change requests, and more.
If you are concerned with basic things like "will they center my text?" or "if I only use one line of text, will they make it larger?"
Rest assured that we always center your text and make it fit appropriately. 98% of proofs are approved on the first design.
If you have a specific layout request, or a complicated design, it's best to request a proof. If your order is urgent, there are rush production options shown during checkout and will speed up your order.
