I assumed I ordered a plate that would go across the entire bottom of a normal trophy ( sorry never thought they came in different sizes ) not a 1/2"- 1/4" plate that there is no way anyone in this world can read - lesson learned

Apparently I missed all the cues that this was not an actual engraved product. (Which once I called to question my order I was rather rudely reprimanded for. ) Not only was the lettering black - (and therefore unworkable for me) it lacked expected design sense - general spacing for size of project. That, coupled with an outrageous shipping cost, will likely not make me a repeat customer.
The ordered item was done well and appreciated by all that received them.

I’ve been ordering from TrophyKits for about 7 years now and never had an issue. This time the nameplate for the Vincenzo trophy wasn’t cut to the right dimensions. It’s not a huge deal but it’s definitely longer than the other name plates on the trophy.

Black ink on brass not at all what I thought I was getting. Very small font for the size of the plate. Lightweight, cheap looking. Customer service said "sorry, nothing they can do"

I ordered 2 of the dynasty football trophies featuring a cherry base with around a jr size football as the trophy. The front of the base you could add a plaque where you could add additional names each year. Initial reaction of everyone in the office was WOW, that’s a trophy I want displayed in my office or cubical. However, after 5 years of placing name plate orders, there are serious internal controls on font and text size. It seems there is no consistency on the font or text size. For example the original name plate had 9 letters and 1 space with 2013 on the 2nd line. Was great. The following year the name plate had 10 letters and 1 space with 2014 on the 2nd line which was at least 2 font sizes smaller. The 3rd year the name had 12 letters and 2015 on the 2nd line and it was huge. Bigger then year 1. It really makes the trophy look ridiculous that the plate sizes are all the same, yet the font and text size is whatever the company chooses on that day. I have 2 of these dynasty trophies going and the same happens on both of them.

I've been ordered trophy plates from you for the past few years, and they are always of great quality.
My only complaint is that for a small parcel, the shipping costs to Canada are really really high. $10? C'mon. At volume, shipping is half that. I pay more in shipping than the plates themselves. Alas, it is still cheaper than the next domestic option, so I'm stuck for now.

These plates looked great, had more than enough adhesive on them, were well wrapped during shipping. No complaints on the quality. Most of them were cut 1/16 longer and taller than was ordered. I would order these slightly smaller than what you need. I expected a quick installation and ended up taking several hours to cut and install onto my trophies.

I paid for expedited shipping through Fed Ex. My package was to arrive on Friday October 29. I didn’t receive my package or an updated on the shipping. On Saturday I contacted FedEx. I was told three different stories. I didn’t receive my package until Monday, November 1st. and I missed giving out awards a a ceremony on Sunday Oct. 31st.
Change your delivery method.

The insert for the picture was to big, the picture was 5.7 the insert was bigger its looked cheap to present to a sponsor that gives us $5000 a year. I had to order another one from a different company

I am a woowdworker who has put many brass plaques on my work over the years. In every case, I attached the plaque using small brass screws through holes in the plaque. Trophy Kits does not offer this as an option, but you should.
It would make mounting the plaques so much easier.
