Terms and Conditions

Order Delivery Time

TrophyKits.com understands the importance of receiving your order prior to your event. If you have an upcoming deadline, please contact us directly to discuss your order and help ensure it will arrive on time.

Shipping times listed during checkout include production time. TrophyKits.com cannot be responsible for shipping errors caused by third-party shipping companies. When arrival time is critical, we recommend choosing an expedited shipping method.

Order Processing

We start processing your order as soon as payment is verified. We are unable to ship on weekends or holidays.

Estimated dates are shown next to each shipping option during checkout. Rush options may be available and can move your order forward in the production queue.

Shipping Services

We offer shipping services with several carriers. Delivery dates quoted during checkout are not guaranteed, but more than 99% of orders are delivered on or before the dates shown.

US Postal services are not guaranteed. FedEx and UPS services are guaranteed, subject to carrier-imposed exceptions such as holidays. Please contact us if you have concerns regarding production or delivery time.

Shipping Issues and Address Corrections

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Address correction fees, return fees, or reship fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses are the buyer’s responsibility.

Free Shipping

Free shipping excludes Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes, and addresses outside the United States. Free shipping applies to orders over $99.00 placed at regular website prices. No other discounts apply.

Shipping service selection is at TrophyKits’ discretion. Please contact us with questions about our free shipping program.

International Shipments

International shipments may have taxes, duties, broker fees, or other import fees assessed by the destination country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

International shipments that are refused or undeliverable may be discarded in most cases, and no refund will be issued. Return shipping fees may also be billed to the buyer.

Proof Requests

Many products allow a proof request. If you select this option, please provide an accurate email address and make sure you can receive email from us.

Proofs are typically sent within two business days, but may take longer. If we do not receive a response after multiple attempts, we may prepare and ship the order or cancel and refund it at TrophyKits’ discretion.

If an order is canceled after a proof is sent, a design fee will apply equal to 10% of the order total, with a minimum of $5.00 and a maximum of $35.00.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Goods

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If products are damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within 30 days of receipt so we can arrange a resolution.

Replacement items are typically shipped via ground shipping. Rush shipping charges, if needed, are the customer’s responsibility. TrophyKits.com’s liability will not extend beyond the cost of the order.

Returns and Refunds

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your order. Refunds cannot be issued for customized or personalized products, products received more than 30 days ago, or closeout category items.

Stock items may be returned with authorization, but a 10% restocking fee applies. Orders that originally received free shipping may also have 15% of the returned item cost deducted to cover shipping paid by TrophyKits.

Returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Products must be shipped at the customer’s expense and cannot be accepted without prior authorization.

Order Cancellation

If an order is canceled before shipping but after processing, fees may apply.

If a proof has been sent and the order is canceled, a design fee will apply equal to 10% of the order total, with a minimum of $5.00 and a maximum of $35.00.

When an order is canceled after processing, a fee up to 2.5% may apply to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
