This product now includes our updated Laser Engraved Flex Nameplate.

We’ve updated the nameplate style used on this product to a modern laser engraved flex plate.

These new plates maintain a very similar appearance to the previous engraved plates, while adding several important benefits:

• More durable and resistant to bending
• Full coverage 3M^® adhesive backing
• Lower replacement cost if new plates are ever needed
• Cleaner and more consistent engraving results

Why did we make this change?

We recently invested in new industrial laser engraving equipment that allows us to produce nameplates faster and more consistently.

This helps reduce production time and rising labor costs while still maintaining the high quality standards our customers expect.

• Replacement lid for PS401 set
• 5 holes for 4 column post set trophies
• Lid has center hole that is countersunk
• Corner holes are 5" across from each other "center to center"
• Corner holes are 5" across from each other diagonally "center to center"
• Center hole is 4 7/8" from edge of hole to edge of lid
• Purchase the complete set here PS401
• Matching base part number is PS401BASE
• Outer holes are not countersunk, this item cannot be used as a base
• Not recommended for a nameplate
